Jaime Bordenave

Jaime Bordenave is the founder and President of TCG Development Services, LLC (TCGD), who works nationwide, and finds that historically 90% of their portfolio is focused on very low-income communities and specializes in revitalizing severely distressed low-income communities.


TCGD partners with housing authorities and cities whose goal is to revitalize these very low-income communities, with the public housing as the focus, but also addressing the crime, lack of community services, retail transportation and work opportunities for the residents of the neighborhood affected by the distressed public housing.
